CuraVilla consists of a villa for 4-8 people and 4 apartments for 2 people. Surrounding CuraVilla is the swimming pool, with stunning views over the adjacent nature reserve and the Spanish Water. The villa and apartments can be rented separately or combined for groups of up to 16 people.

The villa consists of two floors, is very spacious, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space. An internal staircase provides access to the lower deck with a shared pool, which could potentially be reserved exclusively for you upon agreement.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious entrance hall, a modernly furnished living room, a dining room with a library and game cupboard, and a fully equipped open kitchen in a U-shape layout. Through the French doors, you access the veranda with a long dining table, a lounge area, and a large terrace overlooking the adjacent green nature reserve and the Spanish Water. Also on this floor is one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find a stylish master bedroom with its own sitting area and views of the marina, a spacious walk-in closet, and a modern en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower/rain shower, and toilet. On the same floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with sink, walk-in shower/rain shower, and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Location

CuraVilla is a 10-minute drive from the well-known beaches Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. Nearby, there are several restaurants and recreational areas. The lively center of Willemstad with its many restaurants and shops and the beautifully illuminated Queen Emma Bridge are reachable within 10 minutes, and the airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Within 30-35 minutes, you can reach the most beautiful natural beaches and bays of Curaçao, such as Daaibooi, Porto Marie, Cas Abou, and Lagun. When you drive a bit further towards Westpunt, you'll find the pearl-white beaches of Grote Knip and Kleine Knip, and at Cas Grandi, you can enjoy swimming, diving, and snorkeling with turtles.
