Our basic package provides full management without rental, while our comprehensive package combines management with rental and retains all the benefits of the basic package.
Management without rental (Basic):
The manager is available for owner inquiries
Weekly inspections, including sanitary facilities, meter readings, etc.
Alarm response (burglary, etc.)
Inspection for water damage/leaks
Mailbox checks

Management with rental (Basic + More Convenience):
Guest communication before, during check-in & check-out
Preparation of a grocery package or requested items
Tracking expenses + monthly invoice
Availability: office hours; after hours only for emergencies
Point of contact for guests, handling complaints and issues
Weekly inspections during vacancy (sanitary facilities, meter readings, mail, trash)
Alarm and damage checks (burglary, leaks, water damage)
Periodic cleaning & maintenance (windows, frames, cabinets, lights)
Coordination with maintenance companies and suppliers
Photo documentation of damages for insurance purposes
XCG,- per month per house + 10% of the bookings excl. BTW/OB
Pool Maintenance:
Pool cleaning
1–2x per week inspection, measurement, and adjustment, including chlorine tablets/pH powder, etc.
Checking the pump, proper functioning, rubber seals, filter, etc.

Reservation & Listing Management:
Creating and managing property listings on Airbnb, Micazu, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms
Keeping listings up to date and adding new rental sites
Full handling of communication and administration related to bookings and deposits
Sending confirmations and following up on reservations
Managing administration and scheduling for the holiday home
One-time setup fee of XCG 250 en XCG 150,- per month excl. BTW/OB
