Our Story
My name is Mireille Keijzer, and I moved to Curaçao in 2021. In the Netherlands, I worked in social insurance, but when I emigrated, I knew it was time for a new direction. By staying open to opportunities, I soon discovered holiday home management. What started with a single property gradually grew into a fully-fledged business. As the number of homes increased, my husband, Peter Kuipers, joined me fully. Together, we now manage dozens of properties.

Managing and renting a property requires trust. We see it as a great responsibility to handle everything on behalf of homeowners – from check-ins and cleaning to maintenance and guest communication. Reliability, carefulness, transparency, and personal attention form the foundation of everything we do.

Our Mission
We want every homeowner to be able to entrust their property with peace of mind, knowing that everything is managed professionally. At the same time, our goal is for guests to have an unforgettable vacation, feel truly welcome, and never hesitate to ask questions or share any concerns.
