Who is Dushi Holidays

My name is Mireille Keijzer and I moved to Curaçao in 2021. In the Netherlands I worked in social insurance and I knew that by emigrating to Curaçao I had to make a career switch. By being open to various possibilities and having an open mind, I came into contact with management activities.

Soon I managed the first house, but of course I did not yet have enough income from it. I therefore looked for a full-time job and expanded the management activities during this job. For a while I was able to combine this, but after expanding the houses, it soon became apparent that the activities were difficult to combine. That is why I took the leap of faith and started to fully focus on the management activities

Due to the rapid growth from a few houses to dozens of houses, my husband, Peter Kuipers, started helping me with our business. He also quit his job to work full-time in property management, and together we now carry out the management tasks.

We consider it a special privilege to be the manager and trusted person for the homeowners. It’s no small thing to entrust your house to someone you don’t know very well. We do everything we can to serve the owners as best as possible by, among other things, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable holiday stay!

Ons verhaal

Mijn naam is Mireille Keijzer en ik ben in 2021 naar Curaçao verhuisd. In Nederland werkte ik in de sociale verzekeringen, maar met mijn emigratie wist ik dat het tijd was voor een nieuwe richting. Door open te staan voor kansen kwam ik al snel in aanraking met het beheren van vakantiewoningen. Wat begon met één woning, groeide stap voor stap uit tot een volwaardig bedrijf. Toen het aantal huizen toenam, sloot ook mijn man, Peter Kuipers, zich volledig aan. Samen runnen wij nu het beheer van tientallen woningen.

Waar wij voor staan

Een woning beheren en verhuren vraagt vertrouwen. Wij zien het als een grote verantwoordelijkheid om namens huiseigenaren alles goed te regelen: van check-ins tot schoonmaak en van onderhoud tot gastcontact. Betrouwbaarheid, zorgvuldigheid, transparantie en persoonlijke aandacht zijn voor ons de basis.

Onze missie

Wij willen dat elke huiseigenaar met een gerust hart het beheer kan uitbesteden, wetend dat alles professioneel geregeld wordt. Daarbij is mijn ons doel dat gasten een onvergetelijke vakantie beleven, écht welkom voelen en zich niet bezwaard voelen om vragen te stellen of iets te melden.
